Oggi, nel meridione d'Italia, dopo le residue piogge nelle prime ore del giorno, il tempo è leggermente migliorato e anche la pressione è in fase di aumento. Tuttavia, benchè il barometro sia in fase di salita, alcuni indizi (primo fra tutti l'improvvisa diminuzione dell'umidità) mi portano a non fidarmi e a pensare che viceversa sia in arrivo una massa d'aria fredda, associata a un nuovo peggioramento del tempo. L'osservazione della carta delle isobare conferma questa mia ipotesi.
Come si vede l'anticiclone è confinato nel nord Europa da cui lascia discendere aria gelida, mentre l'Italia è sotto il dominio della bassa pressione che ora ha centro a ovest della Sardegna. Ipotizzando un suo spostamento verso sud-est, possiamo attenderci da domani maltempo al centro-sud. Io mi aspetto perciò nuove precipitazioni anche sul Salento e chissà che la neve non si manifesti al sud anche a quote basse o persino in pianura.
